MasCamp.APP acts as a platform facilitating the transaction between you and the costume supplier, Tribal Carnival™ Toronto, who is solely responsible for the production and quality of your costume.
Due to the nature of this being a handmade, custom-crafted product, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Each costume is meticulously made to order, ensuring unique craftsmanship and attention to detail. As a result, minor variations and slight imperfections may occur as part of the production process.
Please note: Costumes are tied to specific sections. Once your order is placed, requests to switch sections (also known as "section switching") are not guaranteed and are subject to approval by MasCamp Inc., the Band Leader, and both affected Section Leaders. Additional charges may apply if the request is approved. We encourage all customers to choose their section carefully before placing an order.

MasCamp Inc. does not charge HST on the costume itself. However, any service or processing fees collected by MasCamp Inc. may include HST in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
